For those dreaded phone calls you have to answer follow my first tip of the day from last week…which was to keep a journal of those conversations. Write down the date, time, who you spoke with, and what was said.
But always try to email rather than call if you can. Your insurance agent should have an email address that he can provide for you, just ask!
P.s.- This is also a win-win for you because you won’t have to sit on hold for hours or listen to their excuses! Yay!
